Bayonetta is out-and-out a pure action game, where you play role of a super and an elegant witch who is a member of an old witch clan. Your character, being a witch, holds striking amount of powers that are beyond understanding of plain and powerless mortals. You will get into a thrilling combat against giant enemies with no other purpose, but to destroy you.

The protagonist, Bayonetta, played by you is a dressed in leather costume with guns strapped near her ankle. Despite possessing weapons, her most important weapon is her smooth acrobatic and balletic moves, as she jumps, cartwheel and glide around fighting one enemy to another.
